Руководитель «Телетрейда» подал миллионный иск к самарским общественникам

Генеральный директор ООО «Телетрейд Групп», дочки международной брокерской компании TeleTrade, Сергей Шамраев подал в Кинельский районный суд Самарской области иск, в котором потребовал обязать региональную общественную организацию «Справедливость» удалить со своего сайта информацию, якобы порочащую честь господина Шамраева, и выплатить ему миллион рублей в качестве компенсации морального вреда.

Ранее самарские общественники разместили на своем сайте публикацию, в которой руководитель «Телетрейда» назван мошенником, хотя Сергей Шамраев не имеет соответствующей судимости. Представители «Справедливости» утверждают, что подконтрольное ему «Телетрейд Групп» имеет отношение к Владимиру Чернобаю, которого в 2018 году объявили в розыск после заочного обвинения в мошенничестве (ч. 4 ст. 159 УК РФ). Уголовное дело возникло в 2014 году. По версии следователей, мошенники, прикрываясь брендом TeleTrade, подыскивали желающих сыграть на рынке Forex, полученные от клиентов деньги злоумышленники выводили и похищали. Общую сумму ущерба следствие оценило в 1 млрд руб. В 2019 году стали известно, что господин Чернобай умер в Германии, где лечился от рака. Гроб с телом доставили в Москву и почти сразу кремировали. Расследование уголовного дела продолжается.

Согласно данным «СПАРК-Интерфакс», Владимир Чернобай был совладельцем ООО «Телетрейд Групп». Вторым собственником компании выступало кипрское Teletrade-DJ International Consulting Ltd. В 2016 году российская организация получила лицензию ЦБ РФ для участия на рынке ценных бумаг.
